Over the past three decades, GITI (Women), Lal Bangla has evolved into one of the most reputed government-run women’s vocational training institutes in the region. We have trained thousands of women, many of whom have gone on to work in industries, start their own businesses, or contribute meaningfully in various sectors.

  • To support the objectives of national initiatives like Skill India, Digital India, and Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Our Faculty

Placement & Self-Employment Support

We offer active placement assistance and maintain strong relationships with industries, MSMEs, and local businesses. Many of our students are now working professionals, freelancers, or successful entrepreneurs running their own salons, boutiques, and training centers.

Our mission is not just to train, but to transform lives—by equipping young women with the technical skills, confidence, and independence necessary to succeed in today’s competitive job market or venture into entrepreneurship.

Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in India are post‑secondary vocational schools run under the Directorate General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
